Panasonic’s SmartExhaust Fan/Light wall control replaces both the fan and light switches for one easy-to-use switch. This switch allows you to program a ventilation frequency to stay compliant with ASHRAE 62.2 standards.

Fan Shut Off Delay
This system allows the fan to keep running for a preset period after the lights are turned off to ensure thorough ventilation of a bathroom.

Automatic Ventilation
Simply set the minimum operating time that the fan needs to operate each hour, and the SmartExhaust switch will automatically turn on the fan as necessary.
